Lady cases to have found a dead mouse in her espresso; Starbucks reacts

By, it was around 9 pm when they requested the espresso at Starbucks Addition Hills in Mandaluyong City. She didn't completed her espresso at the store and chose to bring it home until she saw that there was something hard inside her beverage. When she took the cover off, she saw a dead mouse in the container. "Pagka-blend ko, 'dun ko nakita 'yung daga. At that point when I saw that, 'Gracious my gosh,' as in hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko pero buti na lang hindi ko siya nabitawan bigla. Nanginginig na ako religious woman that time. Nagsusuka na ako."

Jessa demonstrated the container to her companions and backpedaled to the cafĂ© to gripe yet the store administrator demanded that it didn't originate from them. She then went to Mandaluyong PNP to document an episode report.

In the mean time, Starbucks Philippines issued an announcement saying the security of their clients was of "most extreme significance" to them, including "We are considering our client's worries important and are effectively exploring her case."

The Dailypedia got Starbucks Philippines' official explanation on the matter:

"At Starbucks, we need each client who visits our stores to have a positive affair. The security of our clients is absolutely critical, and we take our commitment to give safe items genuinely.

We are considering our client's worries important and are effectively researching her case.
